A technology-oriented executive with 25 years of experience in diverse and high visibility roles within the domestic and international technology and telecommunications industries, Nilou is a co-founder of mmWave.Tech. a consulting company specializing in mmWave Network Technologies. She serves on the Board of Directors of Hi Ventures, a British fintech company, Observer to the Board of VB Watermark, a MedTech company based in NYC and Advisor to the Board at GSG International, where she developed and expanded business opportunities for GSG International. Nilou was a founding member of ADVX Media Services and founding partner of Nilroy Interiors in the UAE.Nilou holds an IMBA from McDonough School of Business Georgetown University, a BBA from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany and a BS in Applied Mathematics in Computers from Azad University. Nilou has a Leadership and Management Certification from IMD in Lausanne Switzerland.

She has been an active member of a few charitable organizations.

She has served as the President and VP of fund raising for Travilah ES PTA. An active member of Red Cross and UNICEF where she helped gathering donations worth more than $10 millions in UAE for Bam earthquake and Thailand Tsunami both of which were supported by the local Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation.
