Roger has over 40 years of experience in a wide array of technical roles spanning diverse sectors, Roger has made a significant impact in the telecoms industry. A major turning point in his career was his transition to a dedicated training role within this industry. For an initial seven-year period, he worked in the APAC region, where he played a crucial role in upskilling employees within cellular operators and vendors, facilitating their smooth transition from 2G to 3G technologies.

Over the past decade, Roger has been actively involved in designing, conducting, and managing training programs on an international scale. In his most recent position as Director of Global Training, he spearheaded the establishment and management of local Training Centers in various countries. Roger’s educational background includes degrees in Computing and Software/Electronic Engineering, and he has been a Chartered Engineer with the IET for the past decade.
